To obtain a new ID or CERTIFICATION you must provide us with the following:

Filling the consular form, which can be downloaded from our site.
A copy of the first, last and UK residence permit passport pages and the page contains the first entry stamp.
Students at the expense of community are required to provide us with a profile of the Cultural Affairs Section so we can review it.
If you are residing in the United Kingdom for any other purposes, provide us with official papers from the respective student institute, work organization, etc.
Send all documents mentioned above to our office address and we will issue your statements and send it to your address as soon as possible.
